Reverse Selling LLC (“Reverse Selling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides free business events, free assessments, and related AI and marketing consulting services to business owners. 1. Information we collect

We only collect information you give us directly. We do not buy lists, and we do not scrape personal contact data.

When you submit a form on our site (an event registration or an assessment request), we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your mobile phone number
• Your business name and any details you type into our forms (for example what you want help with)
• The page or source you came from, and the date and time you submitted

We may also collect standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type through ordinary web server logs. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age.

2. How we use your information

• To send you event details and reminders for events you register for
• To contact you to schedule your free assessment
• To send you the booking link and appointment reminders by SMS and email
• To prepare the research we present to you on that call
• To respond to you when you reply to us
• To keep records required for legal and compliance purposes, including proof of your consent to receive text messages

3. SMS / text messaging — consent and data sharing

Consent to receive text messages from Reverse Selling LLC is optional. It is not a condition of registering for an event or receiving your free assessment, and it is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from us. You may decline text messages and still work with us.

Our forms have two separate, optional checkboxes. If you check the first, Reverse Selling Limited Liability Company (Reverse Selling LLC) will text you follow-up, scheduling and reminder messages about your request, your free assessment and events you register for. If you check the second, we will also send occasional marketing texts, like invitations to future events and services. Checking either box is never required to submit a form or buy anything.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to all messages you send and receive.
• To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Who we share information with

We share the limited information described above only with vendors that operate our systems on our behalf, and only so they can perform that work for us. Those vendors are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own purposes. They currently include:

• Twilio Inc. — delivery of SMS messages
• HighLevel (LeadConnector) — customer relationship management, SMS and email delivery
• Close (Elastic Inc.) — customer relationship management and communication records
• Google (Gmail), email
• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers website form submissions to our email
• Kit (ConvertKit) — event registration and email delivery
• Cal.com, appointment scheduling
• GitHub — website hosting

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if we are legally required to do so — for example, in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or lawful government request — or where necessary to protect our legal rights.

5. How long we keep information

We keep contact information and consent records for as long as you remain a prospect or client, and afterward for as long as required to demonstrate compliance with telemarketing and messaging regulations. Opt-out records are kept permanently so that we never contact you again after you ask us to stop.

6. Your choices and rights

You may at any time:

• Stop text messages — reply STOP to any message from us
• Stop emails — click the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply asking us to stop
• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of that information

To exercise any of these, email hello@reversesellingsystem.com. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these same rights under those laws, and we honor them for everyone regardless of where they live.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies

Our site uses cookies needed for the page to work. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we handle your information will be posted here before they take effect.
