Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the free events and free assessments offered on it, provided by Reverse Selling LLC, an Indiana limited liability company located at 14846 Victory Ct, Carmel, IN 46032. By submitting the form on our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

We offer a free revenue review: we research your business the way a customer experiences it, and we walk you through what we found on a short call. There is no cost, no purchase required, and no obligation. You keep the research either way.

We also offer paid services, including AI audits and done-for-you setup of AI tools and automations. Paid services are described on their own checkout pages or in a separate written agreement.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a product or a guarantee of any business result.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you submit. The offer is intended for business owners and decision-makers in the United States.

3. SMS messaging terms

Reverse Selling LLC texts (follow-up, scheduling, reminders, and, if you opt in, occasional marketing such as event invitations)

Description

After you register for one of our free events or request a free assessment and give consent, we send you text messages with event details and reminders, a short prep question, your booking link, follow-ups until you schedule, and reminders before your scheduled call.

Consent

Our forms have two separate, optional checkboxes. If you check the first, Reverse Selling Limited Liability Company (Reverse Selling LLC) will text you follow-up, scheduling and reminder messages about your request, your free assessment and events you register for. If you check the second, we will also send occasional marketing texts, like invitations to future events and services. Checking either box is never required to submit a form or buy anything.

Message frequency varies.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier apply to messages sent and received.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You may also email hello@reversesellingsystem.com.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is supported on major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and MVNOs.

4. Email messaging

If you submit the form, we will also email you. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing from email does not affect your ability to attend our events or receive your free assessment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, submit someone else’s contact information without their permission, use the site for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, and the research materials we prepare and present to you, are the property of Reverse Selling LLC. You may use the research we give you for your own business. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute it commercially without our written permission.

7. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific revenue, lead volume, or business outcome. Results described anywhere on this site are examples, not promises. Your results depend on factors outside our control.

The site and the free review are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reverse Selling LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or the free review. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

9. Third-party links

Our site and messages may contain links to third-party services, such as our scheduling page. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Indiana, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted here with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
